The Carriage House is our newest addition to Drumore Estate. Built to seat 160 people with a dance floor, it’s great for receptions, larger dance parties and an indoor space for unpredictable weather. It has a rustic elegance and a cozy feel, that is made complete with the large stone fireplace. Fully climate controlled, it is also perfect for those hot summer nights! So let’s dig in to some more of it’s features.
Climate Controlled
The Carriage House seats 160 with room for a dance floor. It is fully climate controlled, which makes it a good option for those hot summer nights, or the unpredictable spring and fall days. If it’s chilly, you can cozy up beside the stone fireplace. Alternatively, if it’s hot, you’ll be able to dance the night away comfortably.

Features
The Carriage House is equipped with a three tap kegerator at the bar, a covered porch overlooking the pool and a back deck that is great for catching your breath from all of that dancing 😉 There are also ADA equipped rest rooms to ensure all of your guests are comfortable. For dancing we have up lighting, two Gobo lights, colored lighting and a built in sound system. If you want to have a slideshow or video you want play throughout the night, we have a big screen TV ready to use.
Dance Party
You like the idea of a romantic outdoor setting for dinner, and dancing under the festoon lights for your first dance as husband and wife, so you’re torn between the Grand Tent and the Carriage House. Or maybe you are having more than 160 guests. No problem! We can host your dinner in the Grand Tent and open up the Carriage House for dancing. The bar will be open, air conditioning on and we can even serve your late night snacks & coffee there. Plus you’ll get the best view of sunset from the front porch.
Bonus
The Carriage House is also a great rain back up for your wedding ceremony location. Say “I Do” in front of the fireplace with 260+ of your closest friends and family 😉 It can easily transition to your cocktail hour before heading up to the Grand Tent for dinner.
All in all, the Carriage House is a diverse space, and one you’ll want to consider being a part of your wedding day. Wether it plays a small part in your day or is center stage, that’s up to you. Happy Planning!
